• Each publisher is entitled to post 3 free ads per category per month. These ads will remain active for up to one month.
• If a publisher wishes to post more than the 3 free ads, additional ads will be charged based on the following durations and prices:
  • 1 Week – LKR 400
  • 2 Weeks – LKR 600
  • 1 Month – LKR 800
  • 2 Months – LKR 1400
• Publishers may also choose to boost their ads for greater visibility. Boosting options and rates are as follows:
  • Top Ads – 3 Days: LKR 500, 7 Days: LKR 800, 14 Days: LKR 1400
  • Urgent Ads – 3 Days: LKR 600, 7 Days: LKR 1000, 14 Days: LKR 1600
  • Featured Ads – 3 Days: LKR 800, 7 Days: LKR 1400, 14 Days: LKR 2500
• Paid promotions (e.g., Featured Ads, Top Ads, Urgent Ads) are non-refundable once live, unless otherwise stated.

• By placing an order or purchasing a paid service, you are making an offer to purchase.
• AdWire.lk reserves the right to refuse or cancel services for any reason including errors, fraud, or misuse.
• You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information.
• We use trusted third-party payment gateways; AdWire.lk is not responsible for delays/issues caused by them.
• All payments for promotions are final unless a technical failure occurs on our part.

If products are offered through the platform, shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors.

You shall not post or promote:

• Illegal items or services
• Alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or weapons
• Pornographic or adult content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Scams, misleading, or fraudulent offers

• All materials on AdWire.lk, including text, graphics, and logos, are owned by AdWire.lk or its licensors.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
• By posting content, you grant AdWire.lk a non-exclusive license to use, display, and promote it across its platform and related media.

• By registering or posting, you agree to receive emails, SMS, or calls from AdWire.lk regarding your ads, promotions, or updates.
• You may unsubscribe from promotional content anytime.

• Use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• Your contact details (phone/email) may be shared with interested buyers to enable transactions.

• AdWire.lk reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts violating these Terms.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity may lead to permanent suspension.
• IP/device blocking may be enforced in case of repeated violations.

• AdWire.lk acts only as a platform connecting buyers and sellers.
• AdWire.lk is not involved in transactions and is not responsible for the quality, legality, delivery, or safety of listed items/services.
• Users must exercise caution when meeting or transacting with others.

AdWire.lk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
