• By placing an advertisement or purchasing a boost, you agree to this refund policy.

Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

• Your payment was successful, but your advertisement or boost did not publish due to a system error.
• You were charged more than once for the same transaction (duplicate charge).
• Your payment was deducted, but your order did not go through successfully.
• Your item/service was confirmed for posting, but AdWire.lk failed to deliver it due to technical issues.

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Your advertisement or boost was successfully published.
• You changed your mind after placing an ad or purchasing a boost.
• Your ad did not receive the expected response or engagement.
• You provided incorrect or misleading details when creating your ad.
• Your ad was removed for violating our Terms & Conditions or Posting Rules.

Note: Confidential or technical information exchanged while using our services will not be shared with third parties unless legally required or necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
• Transaction or bank charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.
